Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is where the median nerve is trapped/ compressed during certain actions of the wrist and hand. We analyze this during Dynamic Strain Testing. The nerve itself may be inflamed. The patient typically complains of numbness in the fingers/ hand.

We observe and assess the underlying flexor tendons at real time movement.

Occasionally, there are lesions and ganglions that are the cause of trouble in the carpal tunnel.
