GALL BLADDER

Gall bladder stones (cholelithiasis) are usually mobile within the gallbladder, while polyps and other lesions are stationary and stuck to the wall.

Cholecystitis is inflammatory thickening of the gall bladder walls.

Cholangitis is an inflammation of the bile duct(s), which connects to, and takes bile from, your liver and gallbladder into the first part of your small intestine (duodenum).
